Opportunity of a life time. How can I convince my mum to let me go on holiday without my brother?

A group of my friends are going on holiday abroad for a week and have invited me to go with them.

My mum is saying I can only go if my brother and his friends come with me :-(

How do I convince her to let me go alone ( Well, with just my friends ) I’m 16. They are not much older then me (17-23)
