? Oh My Gosh ? asked: A group of my friends are going on holiday abroad for a week and have invited me to go with them.
My mum is saying I can only go if my brother and his friends come with me
How do I convince her to let me go alone ( Well, with just my friends ) I’m 16. They are not much older then me (17-23)

Rick of Alabama asked: Is it okay to let them enjoy the fantasy while they are very young? There are some parents who think it’s wrong to “lie” to their children – do their kids “miss out”?

Kristen asked: I know Halloween is a pagan holiday, or that’s how it started, but really, the halloween store is mostly full of cute costumes with some scary things. Halloween is really fun and the people in the store get so into it, I think it would be a fun working environment, but she’s not letting me. Help?

fullnessofjoy1959 asked: I’m sitting here in Oklahoma and I can’t go any place because of the ice and snow. It’s a beautiful thing to look at, and nature won over the bug problem this year. However our schools have been closed for a week. People are fighting viruses that are seasonal, and it’s hard to go any place. I truly think it would be a great idea if schools let out December through February for the annual break. Then started the new school year in March. I think it would be an attitude changer for folks to start all of that just before Spring. That way everybody would not have to rush for Christmas and the old year could end with the holiday of Thanksgiving. What do you think?
